Beginning today, 160 believers from villages around the African country of Malawi will be taught how to share the Good News using the recently completed translation of the book What are Christmas and Easter all About?
The translator who did the work to translate this resource from English into Chichewa, the national language of Malawi, sent this note just yesterday.
“I have confirmed that tomorrow I will collect the books [What are Christmas and Easter all about––Chichewa translation]. I am excited. This is going to be a very good Christmas gift for Malawians. I can’t wait to go out to teach from the book and see what people will have to say. I am thankful to God for being part of this process. Thank you again for the work you are doing.”
Because this little book puts the Bible’s message from creation to the cross in easy-to-understand terms, it is ideal for the believers to take back to their home villages to teach others.
Will you join us in praising God for providing the people and funds to complete this project? Also please pray for those who will be hearing the gospel for the first time this Christmas in Malawi.
