We’ve been needing to renovate our Idaho office for the longest time, but because each of us were juggling multiple projects, this task had been repeatedly pushed to the bottom of our to-do list. However, we were finally able to coordinate our schedules and spent this month finishing up the renovations.
It all turned out great! The space (although still too small for our growing number of staff and the expanding ministry) is now much more suitable for working together and for welcoming visitors who stop by to purchase resources, meet with staff, or to learn more about GoodSeed.
Take the photo tour of our office before, during and after the renovation process:
BEFORE: We have been in the same office space since 2001, so it was definitely time to freshen things up.
DURING: All hands on deck for removing old wallpaper border and prep for paint.
DURING: Tom usually does representation and teaching at conferences around the USA. But this day he scrapped the old logo off the front window.
DURING: Rachel really is an excellent desktop publisher AND painter!
DURING: Scott traded in his keyboard (he’s a writer for GoodSeed), to install new carpeting in the front office.
DURING: Tom following directions carefully while assembling new desks.
DURING: John, an expert book and ebook formatter (among many other skills), makes quick work of installing electrical outlets.
AFTER: The new logo on the front door helps people know they’ve come to the right place.
AFTER: The bright new space invites visitors to purchase resources and learn more about the ministry of GoodSeed around the world.
AFTER: “We believe that people of all worldviews should know the central message of the Bible and be free to accept or reject that message without coercion or fear.”
AFTER: One wall is set up to show how GoodSeed tools are being adapted and translated into many languages around the world. Please pray for our translations teams.
AFTER: Many of the lessons learned teaching the gospel to remote tribal people carries over to help any believer share the gospel clearly.
AFTER: “…standing together with one spirit and one purpose, striving together for the faith of the gospel.” Philippians 1:27 NLT/NKJV
